If you fancy going somewhere on holiday in March/April, I would recommend the north of Tenerife, Puerto de la Cruz. Apart from being sunny, with tasty food, friendly people and an ever changing landscape, the city also host a cultural festival, Mueca. If you want to feel like you're in an Almadovar film (without the hysterical transvestites) this is it.
